Job Description

Supporting change management in aligning to the Capita blue book. Drives operational ownership of the Project Profit and Loss within divisions.
Developing a go-live approach in each business unit allocated by working with change / project management & the business to ensure the standardisation is delivered by providing clarify of roles and process.
Liaise with the business to advise on how best to create project structures(WBS) to ensure that on-system management reporting is maximised.
Develop reporting within SAP ECC/6 to ensure challenge /review and ownership of projects is maximised by Finance and Operations teams and a culture of change management introduced.
Develop the use of Results Analysis for revenue recognition where appropriate.
Developing a Power BI Dashboard for each division to improve the quality and drill down functionality of reporting and management decision making.
Constantly monitoring processes and looking for opportunities to drive efficiencies through improving or automating the processes.
Maintaining the projects standard collateral and ensuring it is kept up-to-date
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Experience in SAP Project Systems ECC6
High level understanding of Project attributes, structures and technical implications
Customer focus with an ability to focus on the end-to-end process
Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and build relationships across the business
Ability to solve complex problems and take responsibility for resolution
Develop and implement complex implementation plans across divisions
