Co-ordinator

Eligibility Criteria:

• Local Resident: Candidate must be a resident of Gurugram.
• Age Requirement: Must be 35 years or above.
• Marital Status: Only married candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic and co-curricular planning and implementation for designated grades or departments.
• Coordinate between teachers, administration, and parents to ensure smooth functioning of the academic schedule.
• Supervise and support teachers in curriculum delivery and classroom management.
• Plan and execute school events, meetings, and other academic activities.
• Monitor student progress and facilitate timely interventions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to school policies and uphold discipline and ethics within the team.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing academic teams or grade-level coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic school environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
