Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technological strategies, ensuring the company's technology fully serves its business strategy. The role includes leading and managing the tech team, driving innovation, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to align technological initiatives with business goals. The CTO will also play an important part in maintaining the company's vision for growth and development.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
