Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Bhubaneswar. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the overall strategic vision of the company, leading business development initiatives, overseeing the implementation of innovative technologies, and managing day-to-day operations. The role also includes collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution of projects, cultivating key partnerships, and steering the company towards long-term success. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct in-depth Research Exceptional Communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Ability to think strategically and drive long-term business development Leadership skills with a proactive approach Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
