In this role as a Co-Founder with Investment Opportunity & CBO at Prepeat, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO in defining and executing the company's strategic vision and growth roadmap. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the CEO to define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth roadmap - Leading sales, marketing, and business development efforts to drive revenue and market expansion - Analysing markets, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and trends - Building and maintaining strategic partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder relationships - Driving brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing and performance strategies - Ensuring data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs, market analytics, and business performance - Anticipating risks and developing strategies to navigate market uncertainties and disruptions - Representing the company in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility - Promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric growth within the organisation To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - 4+ years of proven experience in business leadership, sales, or growth strategy - Strong expertise in sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue generation - Ability to analyse markets and create effective go-to-market strategies - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Prior startup/early-stage experience preferred - Willingness to invest & grow with the company,
