Role Description

​This is a full-time Co-Founder (with investment) position based in Mumbai. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. Daily tasks include overseeing business operations, developing and implementing business plans, managing key client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves strategic planning, expanding market reach, and making high-level business decisions to steer the company forward.​

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing
• Leadership and strategic planning experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote tasks efficiently
• Experience in Industrial Automation and Electronics is a plus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
