Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Sales & Marketing as a core business function
• Drive

  lead generation

  and

  client acquisition

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

  for business growth
• Build and maintain strong

  client relationships

• Identify and explore new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities

• Collaborate with technology companies, startups, and strategic partners

• Contribute to business planning, expansion strategies, and decision-making

  as a co-founder

Ideal Profile:

• Strong background in

  sales, marketing, or business development

  (preferably IT/tech services)
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships
• Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
• Comfortable working in a

  performance-driven, equity/percentage-based model
