I am looking for a Co-Founder / Strategic Partner to join my IT firm and lead Sales & Marketing as the Head of Department. This is a percentage-based compensation role , ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to grow with the company and share in its success. Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage Sales & Marketing as a core business function Drive lead generation and client acquisition Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for business growth Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify and explore new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities Collaborate with technology companies, startups, and strategic partners Contribute to business planning, expansion strategies, and decision-making as a co-founder Ideal Profile: Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably IT/tech services) Proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial approach Comfortable working in a performance-driven, equity/percentage-based model If you are passionate about building a company from the ground up and want to be a key decision-maker in a growing IT firm, I’d be happy to connect.
