  Go-to-Market (GTM) expertise

  – understanding customer acquisition, distribution channels, brand positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to

  take a product from concept to launch (0 → 1)

• Deep understanding of the

  problems and challenges in the skincare/beauty market

  (consumer trust, differentiation, pricing, regulations, scaling).

• Skills:

• Marketing strategy (digital-first: Instagram, X, Reddit, influencers, community building).
• Distribution knowledge (online D2C, marketplaces, offline retail expansion).
• Growth mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong execution and operational ownership.

• Co-own vision, strategy, and execution of the skincare brand.
• Lead

  market entry strategy, GTM planning, and scaling

• Work on
