Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at GLOANT AVIATION, located in Coimbatore. The Co-Founder will be responsible for shaping the company's vision and strategy, leading marketing and sales efforts, developing partnerships, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include conducting market research, driving business growth, managing financial planning, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves fostering a collaborative environment and nurturing a culture of innovation.
