They offer end-to-end automation services including security solutions, ambience and lighting, and professional sound systems, partnering with leading manufacturers like FIBARO and OHM.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at DWOSA Automation, located in Bengaluru with the option for some work from home. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing, and research initiatives to drive the growth and success of the company and a German brand.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Previous experience in IoT or home automation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Compensation

Looking for someone who come with self investment of 50 lakh to 1 Cr against equity.

Expected returns 60x- 100x in one year.

No salary withdrawl for first year.
