Inspired by international labels like House of CB, Cleodora is filling a critical gap in the Indian market offering bold, statement-making womenswear that combines premium design language with accessible pricing for the modern Indian woman.

As we scale, we are seeking a strategic partner and co-founder to join our leadership team and help shape the brand’s future.

About the Role

This is not a conventional job—it is an equity-based partnership against investment. As co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in defining Cleodora’s growth strategy, positioning, and long-term vision, while working hands-on to execute and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead and oversee design, product development, and/or retail operations

•⁠ ⁠Build and execute strategies to scale Cleodora across India and globally

•⁠ ⁠Drive innovation in collections, marketing, and customer engagement

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate on investment, partnerships, and market expansion

Ideal Profile

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or brand building

•⁠ ⁠Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and execution skills
