Our platform will streamline the auditing process, offering customizable dashboards and pre-defined audit templates for both clients and auditors. We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help us build the tech infrastructure that will power our growth and reshape the industry. What You’re Signing Up For Let’s be upfront—this is not a cushy startup role. There’s no salary initially , as we’re pre-revenue, and you might have to work unpaid for a few months. What We’re Looking For We need a technical leader and builder who can develop a sophisticated, scalable, and secure platform while also thinking strategically about the future. As a co-founder, you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Tech Vision & Strategy – Define and execute our technology roadmap. Platform Development – Build and maintain a scalable system for dashboards, audit templates, and data analytics. Full-Stack Development – Lead both frontend and backend development (React, Vue.js, Node.js, Python/Django, etc.). Data Security & Compliance – Ensure security best practices (OAuth, encryption, GDPR, etc.). Infrastructure Management – Choose and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.). Agile Development – Implement fast iterations and continuous feedback loops. Team Leadership – Recruit and mentor a high-performing tech team. Collaboration with Founders – Align the tech roadmap with business goals. Continuous Improvement – Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies. Who You Are A builder – Someone who can write code, architect systems, and make things work, not just manage. A leader – Comfortable leading a tech team, making key decisions, and working with ambiguity. An early-stage startup mindset – You thrive in fast-paced environments, wear multiple hats, and solve problems creatively. Technically strong – Experience in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, security best practices, and scalable architecture.
