Co-Founder & COO (Export Operations Expert) – Equity Basis

Niryat Bazar (Aalmi Niryat Bazar Innovation Pvt. Ltd.) is building the Alibaba of India – a B2B export platform to empower Indian exporters and connect them to global buyers. Recognized under the Startup India scheme, our mission is to simplify the export journey from listing to documentation, logistics, banking (LC), finance, and training – all in one platform.Role Overview:We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) with 10+ years of proven experience in import-export operations and B2B trade portals. This is an equity-based role (no fixed salary) for someone passionate about building India’s largest digital gateway for exporters.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, DGFT, customs, logistics, and LC handling.Onboard and support SMEs/MSMEs in their export journey.Work closely with CEO and CTO to design seamless exporter workflows on the platform.Build strategic partnerships with logistics providers, banks, EPCs, and government bodies.Ensure compliance with export-import policies and international trade regulations.Contribute to product development by providing practical exporter pain points and solutions.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in import-export business.Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, customs & banking procedures (LCs, ECGC, etc.).Prior exposure to B2B platforms or international trade ecosystems preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a startup environment (equity only, no fixed salary).Strong industry network with exporters, EPCs, and trade associations.Leadership skills to build and guide operations teams in future.What We Offer:Equity-based Co-Founder role (equity % negotiable based on expertise & contribution).Opportunity to build India’s next big B2B ExportTech platform from ground zero.Work alongside a passionate founding team (CEO, CTO, and other co-founders).Freedom to create, innovate, and shape the operations backbone of Niryat Bazar.Call or what's app - +91 8708435892Email - niryatbazar@gmail.com
