ROLE OVERVIEW

The Co-Founder / CEO will drive:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all

  marketing, content, campaigns, SEO, ads & social media

• Build predictable

  lead funnels

  and scale revenues month-on-month
• Develop

  pricing, packages, enterprise partnerships

• Build & manage

  sales, creative & operations teams

• Hire, mentor, and inspire talent across departments

  , ensuring each role is aligned to growth plans
• Establish

  SOPs, quality systems & AI-driven workflows

• Drive

  expansion strategy

  and prepare

  investor-ready growth reports

• Ensure

  premium, on-time delivery

  for all clients

• Shape the culture, values, and working style of NetFoto

  to build a motivated, empowered organisation

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 6–15 years experience in

  marketing, digital agencies, brand strategy, content or creative industries

• Proven ability to

  build and scale brands

• Entrepreneurial mindset with

  high ownership and accountability

• Confident managing

  P&L, teams, processes, and growth targets

• Familiar with

  visual content, production workflows & modern AI tools

• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills

• Exceptional people skills — able to hire, lead, motivate and retain great talent

• Deep understanding of how to build the right team at the right stage
