Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a CNC Sliding Head Operator Cum Programmer. The operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving the operation and programming of CNC sliding head machines. Specific tasks include setting up CNC machines, creating and optimizing CNC programs, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring the production of high-precision components. The operator will also be expected to adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC machine operation and programming, specifically with sliding head machines.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques related to CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-precision components.
• At least a few years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Formal training or certification in CNC programming or a related field is beneficial.
