Department – Production (Neon LED Sign)

A Neon LED Sign Production Engineer focuses on the design, assembly, and installation of LED-based signs that mimic the appearance of traditional neon lights but use energy-efficient LED technology. This role combines knowledge of electrical engineering, design, and manufacturing techniques for LED lighting systems, which are becoming more popular due to their lower power consumption and versatility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Prototyping:

Collaborating with designers to create LED signs that replicate the glow

Utilizing design software to create precise layouts for LED signs.

2. Cutting Of Acrylic sheet on CNC ROUTER

Cut Acrylic Sheets According to design on CNC router, make sure for Proper Measurement.

3. Material Selection & Assembly:

Selecting LED strips or modules that will fit the sign design.

Shaping flexible LED tubing to create the desired patterns or characters.

3. Electrical Systems & Integration:

Wiring LED lights to power supplies and controllers using Soldering Machines

Integrating dimmers, color changers, and other electrical components as per the design specifications.

Ensuring the electrical system is safe and compliant with industry regulations.

4. Testing & Quality Control:

Testing signs for brightness, consistency, and color accuracy.

Conducting stress tests to ensure durability and safety.

• Sustainability & Efficiency:

Focusing on energy efficiency by choosing the right LED technology.

Ensuring signs are designed for minimal power consumption while maintaining visual appeal.

Skills & Tools:

• Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering & ITI : Understanding circuits, LED technology, and power requirements.
• LED Technology Expertise: Knowledge of different types of LEDs, drivers, and control systems (such as RGB color control).
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in both design and production phases.
