Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Durg, involves operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components as per design specifications. The CNC Milling Machine Operator will load and unload materials, set up machinery, program CNC equipment, and run machining operations with precision. The role includes inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, maintaining machinery, and adhering to safety guidelines in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining processes
• Experience with Milling techniques and related machinery
• Skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with detailed specifications
• Ability to handle and maintain CNC and related Machinery
• Technical diploma or certification in CNC machining or relevant field is preferred
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best manufacturing practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
