CNC Milling Machine Operator

You are a skilled 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine Operator who will join our manufacturing team to set up, operate, and program CNC machines for producing high-precision parts. Your proficiency in G-code programming and ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings are crucial for this role. Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine parameters, and conducting in-process inspections. You will ensure quality control by checking dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes of parts. Collaboration with engineers and the production team is essential to optimize machine performance and workflow. Additionally, you will maintain and clean machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation at all times. Following safety protocols and company standards is important to create a safe working environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a good understanding of machining processes are required. Previous experience in 5-Axis machining environments with a solid understanding of CNC machine operation and programming is necessary.
