As a CNC Machine Operator, your role involves operating CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal and other metal components. You will be responsible for setting up machines based on job orders, blueprints, and tooling instructions. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC press brake machines to perform bending operations. - Load and edit CNC programs for specific jobs. - Inspect workpieces during and after bending to ensure compliance with specifications. - Read and interpret engineering drawings or work orders to determine materials, dimensions, and tolerances. - Perform routine maintenance on machines and follow safety procedures. - Maintain accurate production records, logs, and inspection reports. - Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and supervisors.
