CNC Machine Operator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for setting up and managing CNC machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. Your main tasks will include translating engineering drawings into production dimensions, ensuring the CNC machine operates according to company guidelines, overseeing machine operations, and making necessary adjustments for improved results. Additionally, you will be required to check machinery daily for functionality, record machine actions, provide timelines to clients, communicate logistics issues, and ensure that machining results meet client expectations. Regular assessments of CNC machines will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and manage CNC machines for drilling, grinding, and milling tasks - Translate engineering drawings into production dimensions - Ensure CNC machine operates according to company guidelines - Oversee machine operations and make necessary adjustments for improved results - Check machinery daily to ensure functionality - Record machine actions by completing production and quality logs - Provide timelines to clients and communicate logistics issues - Ensure machining results align with client expectations - Conduct regular CNC machine assessments Qualification Required: - Previous experience in operating CNC machines preferred - Knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings - Strong attention to detail and ability to make necessary adjustments for improved results Please note that this job is full-time, permanent, and open for fresher candidates.
