1) Responsible for regular parts stage inspection
2) Responsible for conducting the layout inspection for NPD parts in CMM as per plan
3) Responsible for measuring the tools, inserts & electrodes in CMM
4) Responsible for recording of inspection results in the inspection reports.
5) Responsible for All Plastic & Die casting regular components fully Inspection in CMM.
6) Communicating of any deviation to CMM incharge
7) Responsible for maintaining the documents and records related to their area.
8) Responsible for measuring the gauges in CMM
9) Maintain with Development of 5s Activities Tool Validation Cell Area
10) Responsible for measuring the NPD/Regular parts and Inserts in VMS
Preferred Industry:CMM Programming, Drawing, Model review, GD&T knowledge, Customer Interaction and Joint Inspection, Plastic Injection parts knowledge & Tool steel inspection knowledge
