Roles & Responsibilities Operate and program CMM machines Wenzel using software like Quartis. Interpret 2D drawings, GD&T, and perform precision measurement of machined/critical components. Analyze and report inspection results to production and quality teams. Plan and execute the calibration schedule for all measuring instruments and gauges Maintain calibration records, traceability, and certificates in line with ISO9001/AS9100/IATF16949. Generate dimensional inspection reports as required. Identify and report dimensional deviations, support root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions Required Competency Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation –Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5-7 years experienced in in CMM operations, calibration, and quality inspection Proficient in CMM programming and GD&T interpretation. Strong knowledge of metrology and calibration standards. Familiar with ISO9001:2015/ AS9100 / IATF16949:2016 requirements. MS Office and Quality documentation proficiency.
