CMA( USA) TRAINER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging CMA (USA) Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students preparing for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA – USA) exams (Parts 1 & 2). The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual understanding, effective teaching skills, and real-world accounting/finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online or recorded sessions for CMA USA Part 1 (Financial Reporting, Planning, Performance & Control) and Part 2 (Strategic Financial Management).
• Break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand modules.
• Provide exam strategies, practice problems, and doubt-clearing support.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content and academic support team to ensure syllabus coverage and quality.

Requirements:

• CMA (USA) qualified or pursuing final stages (ICMA membership preferred).
• Prior teaching/training experience (online or offline) is highly desirable.
• Strong command over the CMA curriculum and exam pattern.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom, Google Meet, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional qualifications like CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or ACCA are a plus.
• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or management accounting roles.
• Ability to create engaging content and mock tests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,195.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
