Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMA Executive located in Faridabad. The CMA Executive will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Duties include preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting decision-making processes. The CMA Executive will also collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Compliance
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in HR or related functions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CMA certification preferred
