Job Description

R

esponsible for a Strategic Market within India (excluding Mumbai). The role will be solely responsible to maintain the health of the Channel Base and ensure steady flow of Business from your region. The role will be given a Specific Revenue Target (Annual and Monthly) and your performance will have a huge significance from the Revenue Targets set.

Distribution Management

  • Establish a strong Channel Partner (CP) Base for the Region being managed
  • Ensure efficient and timely engagement of the Channel Partners by:
  • Updating them of the Lodha Developments and Activations/Launches happening
  • Ensure Channel Partners visit the Lodha sites and educate themselves on our portfolio
  • Activate the Channel Partner Base of your Sales Managers by generating Client Meetings from their client base
  • Target to convert 100% of your region s CP base into the HOT Categorization (HOT category means, a healthy clientele list with a sound regularity in giving Client Meetings)
  • Personally handle a few CPs (Key Accounts) across the territories in your region and engage with them on a regular basis

Client Engagement & Follow-up

  • Track the Client Meetings that are being handled by your team on a regular basis
  • Maintain a list of Hot and Warm Opportunities and ensure your interaction/contribution in those opportunities
  • Meet the big ticket (3cr and above) clients personally and get them to visit sites and closures.
  • Strive to build a healthy pipeline from the leads across your region so as to ensure sustained business

Leadership

  • Lead the team of Sales Managers reporting into you from across territories in the region assigned
  • Ensure daily con-calls (or one-on-one interactions) with the Sales Managers to keep a check on their daily Sales routines
  • Conduct weekly reviews with your team to figure out
  • Hot and Warm opportunities
  • Strong and Weak Areas of the Sales Managers
  • Intra-team product knowledge transfer
  • Exchange of best practices within the team

Intra-Organization Collaboration

  • Interact with the various Site Heads and Markets Heads and be updated on the latest happening across the Lodha Projects
  • Work with the SITE Teams and leverage on the rapport built to drive Joint GTM activities in your regions
  • Coordinate with the Outstation Marketing team for exchange of ideas and any Branding support required

Strategy and Business Development

  • Work with the Vertical Head to strategize the GTM options for the Region being handled
  • Be aware of the competition in and around your territories so as to understand which product segment suits which territory
  • Proactively pitch in inputs to help grow the Lodha Outstation imprint into New Markets

Systems and Process Adherence

  • Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and share regular updates with the Vertical Head
  • Maintain thorough adherence to SFDC and lead tracking mechanisms as required
  • Ensure highest standards of compliance to Lodha Group s policies, processes and value structure
