Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) - Good communications skills - Knowhow of auto sector & how dealership sales work - Previous experience of delivering trainings at dealerships for other OEMs - Understand auto jargons & complexity of auto sector - Must know English & local regional language - MBA with engineering background preferred - Training experience of 2-5 years Desired Attributes - Excellent communication skills - Time Management - Sales cycle knowhow - Well Dressed - Passionate about auto sector - Problem solver - Analytical thinking Target Industry/Sector - Auto & Ancillaries Key Responsibility Areas: - Deliver Trainings on product, process & sales for Dealership Sales Consultants at multiple dealerships. - Handhold DSCs at various stages of sales cycle. - Guide/Mentor DSCs. - Conduct OJTs for DSCs, if need be. - Must be flexible for 50-60% travelling.
