Priority Locations: Chennai and Hyderabad Budget: Rs 812 LPA (80% Fixed | 20% Variable) Target Industry: Steel Role Purpose : Drive steel procurement sales to MSMEs across clusters. Targets : Meet GMV, client count, and retention goals monthly/quarterly/annually. Activities : Generate leads, negotiate deals, follow up payments, and handle onboarding. Collaboration : Liaise with ops, logistics, and credit teams for smooth delivery. Requirements : 5+ years in B2B sales (ideally raw materials/steel) Graduate (BE preferred, MBA an advantage) Strong negotiation and networking skills
