Cluster Operation Manager

As a Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the centres assigned in the city. Centre Directors/Managers of each assigned centre will report to you. Your main responsibilities include: - Ensuring operational readiness of the new centre roll-out. - Maintaining operational efficiency and service delivery. - Serving as the first point of contact for escalations from parents (customers). - Ensuring the quality and service consistency of the cluster. - Coaching the centre heads for individual development and the quality of centre leadership. - Being accountable for staff efficiency at the centre level and the overall retention rate of the cluster. - Co-owning revenue targets of the cluster with the business team.
