Responsibilities:
1. Lead, build and manage service teams.
2. Analyze and monitor plant operations.
3. Conduct PM & CM audits for Service Heroes.
4. Handle escalated customer issues.
5. Planning and distribution of relevant inventory through ERP
6. Plan and optimize service beats.
7. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
8. Coordinating with the relevant government authorities for the permitting process
9. Lead process improvement initiatives end to end pan India
10. Constant Kaizen mentality
11. Working under budget constraints
12. Should invest in growth of their teams
Experience: 3+ Years
Skills:
Extensive solar knowledge.
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
Exceptional customer empathy.
Stakeholder management.
Advanced team management skills.
Proficiency in data management and analysis.
