*Role Overview*
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Manager for our Banca Channel in Bangalore. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, driving bancassurance business, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets through effective relationship management with bank partners.
*Key Responsibilities*
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Financial Service Consultants.
Drive business growth through bancassurance partnerships.
Achieve assigned sales & revenue targets for the cluster.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and leadership.
Monitor performance and provide regular coaching & training to team members.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Prepare and present business reports to senior management.
*Requirements*
Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–7 years of experience in BFSI sales.
Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of bancassurance channel and life insurance products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
