Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Performance: - Achieve sales targets and revenue growth across the cluster Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to store managers 2. Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence Implement corrective actions to address operational issues 3. Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to store managers Ensure that customer complaints are resolved promptly 4. Talent Management: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales teams Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback Identify and develop future leaders 5. Cluster Management: Manage a cluster of retail stores, ensuring that each store meets sales and operational targets Develop and implement cluster-level initiatives to drive business growth Collaborate with regional and national teams to share best practices Requirements: 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the mobile industry Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction Strong operational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
