Job Description

Sales Forecasting Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits. Inventory Management Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning. Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning. Store Operations and Customer Service Ensuring standards for quality, customer service , health and safety are met. Reporting health and safety, legal and security issues, maintaining hygiene at the store. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Responding to customer complaints and comments. Team Management Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Conducting appraisals and performance reviews. Recruitment & Selection procedure to hire right talent and minimize the attrition. Training & Development Organizing Training & Development programs / sessions for the Store team. Communication Attending and chairing meetings. Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. Market Analysis Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Store Efficiency Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market; Dealing with sales, as and when required. Marketing Co-ordinate with Corporate team for implementing marketing strategies. Driving special promotions, displays and events to generate new sales. Merchandising Adhering the guidelines of Apple for Merchandising Grievance Handling Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues. Mystery Audits To Train & prepare the team about Mystery Audit to achieve 100% score. Monitor the Team awareness of Mystery Audit by conducting mock sessions.
