cKers finance is looking for Cluster Manger/ Regional Sales Manager for Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune location.

About cKers :

cKers Finance is a fast growing NBFC in retail electric vehicle finance and we are looking for a Sales & Collections specialist to be a Cluster Manager / Regional Sales manager, focused on fleet financing.

The ideal candidate is someone who is outcome oriented and looking to be part of a young finance institution that is beginning to make waves. We are an early mover in financing electric mobility having funded over 10000 electric vehicles in India already in B2B portfolio as well as indirectly. In retail EV finance, we aim to finance more than 5000 electric three-wheeler loaders alone over the next 12 months for select OEMs in India.

Role & responsibilities

  • Enter into and manage partnership and alliances with Vehicle OEMs local officials and their dealers
  • Hands on, direct field work to source EV fleet customers in the local EV market
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Manage Region rollout and partner onboarding
  • Manage monthly sales planning with partners and lead funnel
  • Manage soft and hard collections
  • Align the Region, with our pan-India retail vehicle finance foray, reporting to Regional Head- Retail Finance
  • Ensure fluency in local language, handling local team and Bulk clients for the Region

Preferred candidate profile

  1. You are a proactive and independent person and are looking to take on independent responsibility
  2. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  3. Should have capability of building up the new Team.
  4. You are good with numbers, have an analytical bent of mind and are curious by nature
  5. You can work as an independent contributor with little/ no support
  6. You are looking to join a young firm and believe in our mission (The mission of the company is to be an innovative market maker debt financing venture dedicated towards financing sustainable energy in India and catalysing the industry towards scale.)
  7. You can converse easily with sales staff and customers in local language as well

Must Have :

  • A 10 + years of experience in retail lending sales and collections
  • Done Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC for at least 5 years
  • Hands-on and good inter-personal skills, with a go-getter attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to convert sales work to data through computers and mobile apps
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market
  • Preference for vehicle finance experience, especially new or used commercial vehicles
  • Experience of new product/ region rollout

Age Criteria : up to 38 years.

We are looking for candidates who can join us with in 30 -45 days.

Salary best as per Industry norms.
