- Drove partner engagement with NPCI and OU partners through regular cadence calls, agreement closures, and delivery of new integrations and product enhancements.
- Owned end-to-end execution of new projects and capabilities, including requirement submission, prioritization, UAT testing, production testing with all testing use cases along with COE, and closure via project and bug tracking.
- Collaborated closely with the Data team to monitor business KPIs, introduce new metrics, and derive category-level insights for product enhancements.
- Led cross-functional initiatives across icon segmentation, A/B testing, and rewards (promo codes) to unlock new growth opportunities across businesses.
- Work closely with the ARU team to drive and monitor horizontal bill payment capabilities and enhancements in collaboration with COE and business teams.
- Managed BBPS communication monitoring and channel-wise revamp, including autopay and bill generation communications, to improve customer experience.
a) Qualifications
Must a B-School Graduate.
Must have good analytical skills and excel skills.
Ability to Manager Senior Stake Holders.
Good Presentation Skills would be desirable.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of Work Experience - Must in payments industry, hands on knowledge of BBPS system across - OU, BOU, AI; added benefit if have Knowledge of Digital gold industry.
