Job Description

Irya SmarTec is looking experienced and dynamic Electrical Cluster Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical operations across multiple sites within a designated cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, team leadership, and cross-site coordination, ensuring high performance, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all electrical-related activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage electrical teams across multiple sites or facilities.

Develop and implement standardized electrical maintenance procedures and best practices across the cluster.

Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems.

Coordinate and monitor major electrical projects, installations, upgrades, and audits.

Analyze energy consumption and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency.

Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and other cluster managers to align on strategic goals and share resources effectively.

Develop KPIs and reports to track performance, maintenance effectiveness, and downtime.

Arrange and allocate manpower as needed across cluster sites, including hiring, contracting, or internal resource shifting to meet project and operational needs.

Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives related to electrical operations.

Provide technical guidance and training to site electricians and technicians.

Act as a liaison with external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements :

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master s preferred).

1 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and energy management.

Proven experience managing multi-site or regional engineering operations.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to travel frequently between sites in the assigned cluster.
