Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage collateral management functions across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee credit operations, including loan processing, underwriting, and risk assessment.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in collateral management, credits, margins, etc.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, regulations, and best practices.
