Project Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Finance

• Develop detailed project financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new hospitals, expansions and acquisitions.
• Monitor project cash flows, fund utilization, and adherence to approved budgets.
• Evaluate investment proposals and monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) utilization.

Contracts & Commercials

• Draft, review, and administer project contracts including vendor agreements and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and change order management.
• Evaluate commercial proposals and support bid analysis during vendor finalization.
• Support negotiation of contract terms and payment schedules with vendors and consultants.
• Coordinate dispute resolution and claims management, if any.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Lead commercial negotiations with vendors, contractors, OEMs, service providers, and consultants.
• Drive cost optimization through competitive bidding and price benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Projects, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure financial governance, risk management, and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with legal and procurement teams on contract vetting.
• Support due diligence for capex approvals and board presentations.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready project records.

• MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / BE + MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project finance and contract/commercial management.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital projects or EPC/infrastructure projects is preferred.
