Job Description Project Finance Manager Location: Noida Experience Required: 5 10 Years Education: MBA (Major in Finance, Minor in Marketing) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Finance Manager to lead the financial planning and execution of new and ongoing projects. The role involves project evaluation, financial modelling, fundraising (equity and debt), and providing strategic financial insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with project management expertise to drive business growth and ensure financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities Project Feasibility & Reporting Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and all necessary reports to evaluate business opportunities, including: Feasibility Studies – Market research, technical analysis, and financial projections. Financial Models – ROI, IRR, NPV, break-even analysis, and sensitivity analysis. Business Plans – Comprehensive project documentation for investors, lenders, and stakeholders. Compliance & Risk Reports – Regulatory, statutory, and operational risk assessments. Operational Reports – Budget vs. actual performance, MIS dashboards, and progress tracking. Fundraising & Syndication Handle loan syndication (term loans and working capital financing). Manage equity financing and investor relations. Budgeting & Performance Tracking Prepare annual budgets and ensure compliance. Continuously monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions. CFO Services / MIS Support Provide strategic and financial planning support to leadership. Manage MIS reporting, financial analysis, risk assessment, and transaction advisory. Conduct SWOT analysis, portfolio reviews, and cash flow forecasting. Project Management & Support Oversee project execution from a financial perspective. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, lenders, and board meetings. Support business development through acquisition and compliance of industrial units. Operational & Analytical Expertise Evaluate operational drivers and their impact on financial performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks effectively. Provide insights for decision-making based on strong financial and analytical acumen. Technology & Reporting Tools Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for financial modeling, reporting, and presentations. Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Finance (Major) with Marketing (Minor). 6–11 years of proven experience in project finance, feasibility analysis, and loan syndication . Strong understanding of financial instruments, project funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience in preparing DPRs, feasibility studies, financial models, and business plans . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work under deadlines. Immediate joiner preferred.
