Job Description

6+ years experience (2 years in similar role) to manage programme operations, partnerships, team, planning, M&E and budgets with strong competencies in programme management, leadership, communication, planning, partnership-building and problem-solving. Manage programme and operational activities for CSR-sponsored Adolescent Program initiatives, ensuring effective delivery that supports young people in their journey from adolescence to livelihood.
Responsible for territory mapping across districts/clusters, including communities, playgrounds, and schools; coordinate with Area Teams to establish guidelines and procedures.
Build and maintain partnerships with communities, schools, local entities, and government institutions/authorities.
Recruit, train and manage
Monitoring Officers and other team members; ensure compliance, clear communication, and continuous capacity building.
Prepare Annual Action Plans, oversee programme schedules, track progress, monitor team performance and ensure optimal use of resources.
Handle monitoring & evaluation including report writing, data management, reviews, and feedback systems.
Manage financial aspects including budgets, accounts, and expense reporting.
Qualification:
Masters in social work / Rural Development / Social Sciences or equivalent;
Minimum 6 years in social development sector
