Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cluster Head at YuCollect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the expansion efforts in the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end sales process, driving business growth, and taking ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) within your cluster. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful industry connections. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development Leadership - Drive business development efforts within the cluster to acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships. - Ensure the Business Development Managers focus on high-value opportunities, account penetration, sales strategy, and solution positioning. - Align cluster business goals with regional objectives for seamless execution of the sales plan. - Team Management and Development - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve business and sales targets. - Provide continuous feedback and support team growth through regular performance reviews. - Motivate the team, set clear goals, and equip them with necessary tools for success. - Strategic Planning and Execution - Collaborate with the Regional Head to formulate cluster-specific strategies focusing on revenue growth and market share. - Develop detailed business plans outlining key activities, budgets, and timelines. - Identify key opportunities and ensure effective execution of the business development strategy. - Sales Performance Management - Set performance targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring sales metrics and revenue generation. - Ensure sales processes are followed effectively for operational excellence and consistency. - Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. - Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with Customer Success and Pre-sales teams for alignment on customer needs. - Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. - Share insights with the team for fine-tuning strategies and gaining a competitive advantage. - Profit Center and Budget Management - Achieve sales revenue targets and manage the revenue performance of the cluster. - Monitor budget allocation, sales expenses, and profitability for efficient resource utilization. - Develop cost-effective strategies for cluster growth and profitability. - Collaboration with Other Teams - Work closely with cross-functional teams for alignment and smooth execution of business objectives. - Collaborate with the Regional Head to align cluster strategies with the regional vision and goals. - Reporting & Communication - Regularly report on business development progress, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics to the Regional Head. - Maintain transparent communication, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, with exposure to SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments. - Demonstrable success in lead generation, follow-up strategies, and deal closures. - Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and networking abilities. - Confidence in taking ownership of business operations and driving results. - In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms, service sales mechanisms, and marketplace dynamics is crucial.,
