As a Cluster Head at YuCollect, you will play a crucial role in leading the expansion efforts in the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth, managing the end-to-end sales process, and taking full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) within your cluster. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture industry connections. Your key responsibilities will involve: - **Business Development Leadership:** Spearheading business development initiatives to acquire new customers and enhance existing relationships. Ensuring focus on high-value opportunities, account penetration, sales strategy, and solution positioning. - **Team Management and Development:** Leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve business and sales targets. Providing continuous feedback, setting clear goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. - **Strategic Planning and Execution:** Collaborating with the Regional Head to formulate cluster-specific strategies for revenue growth, market share, and customer success. Developing detailed business plans, identifying key opportunities, and driving execution. - **Sales Performance Management:** Setting performance targets and KPIs for the BDM team, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring effective sales processes. Driving operational excellence and consistency across the cluster. - **Customer Relationship Management:** Building strong relationships with key customers and partners, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Working closely with Customer Success and Pre-sales teams for solution delivery. - **Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:** Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Sharing insights with the team for fine-tuning strategies. - **Profit Center and Budget Management:** Achieving sales revenue targets, managing budget allocation, and ensuring profitability. Developing cost-effective strategies for cluster growth. - **Collaboration with Other Teams:** Working closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and ensure smooth execution. Collaborating with the Regional Head for overall regional alignment. - **Reporting & Communication:** Providing regular updates on business development progress, sales forecasts, and key metrics to the Regional Head. Maintaining transparent communication on performance, challenges, and opportunities. **Requirements:** - 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments. - Proven success in lead generation, follow-up strategies, and deal closures. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, exceptional communication abilities, and comprehensive networking capabilities. - Confidence in taking ownership of business operations and driving results. - In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms, service sales mechanisms, and marketplace dynamics.
