Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, rewards & recognition, and separation.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Provide guidance on employment law matters to ensure legal compliance.
Collaborate with plant leadership to drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Labour Laws etc. by maintaining accurate records and filing timely returns.
