• Responsible in ensuring the cluster business plan & budgets are met as per the direction aligned to the BU.
• To ensure operational and financial performance of the Broiler division of the region are met as per budget.
• To drives and achieve operational & financial performance of all divisions in the cluster.
• Responsible to monitor and review the performance of employees in cluster.
• Assign the goals, monitor and review the performance of the personnel working in the cluster.
• Ensuring timely engagement activities with traders, farmers and customers for better satisfaction.
• Promoting or developing the company's brand and building awareness with all stakeholders.
• To ensure that all policy and SOPs are adhered to by all divisions in cluster.
• Ensure smooth working environment and improving the morale of the employee's thro' employee engagement.
• Deployment of GMP (Good Management Practices) from industry/ zones/competitors across the clusters.
• Extending support on specific assignment pertaining to project implementation within the cluster.
• To resolve issues on timely manner and escalate the necessary ones to Regional heads which requires regional level attention.
• Direct the Branch Heads to ensure net incremental square feet for chick placements.
• Pre plan for chick allocation based on the sq. ft and market potential
• To analyze existing data and make action plan for improving productivity.
• To monitor the implementation of seasonal management at farm level.
• Monitor the chick placement in poor performing farms taking necessary decisions regarding placements.
• Responsible for motivating and developing team members for effectively delivering their responsibilities.
• Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and provide inputs for development.

Keep up to date with latest developments / trends in the respective areas of work and recommend the same for improving performance / productivity / engagements levels.

Essentials

Minimum 10 years, of experience in driving Broiler operations.

Ability to guide and direct the team

Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal and external stakeholders

Strong credibility and ethical compliance is must and Zero tolerance to unethical process / system.

Good Communication skills (verbal & Written)

Effective networking skills
