Map and assess potential target areas and client groups and supervise and guide staff to establish new sub-branch offices; Develop a business plan for the area to open branches, conduct area surveys and open branches. Co-ordinate with Admin & HR Ensure that targets outlined in the Business Plan are achieved Ensure that there is constant feedback & communication with Field Officers & the management Overall responsibility for quality business of assigned branches & new branches to be opened in the designated area. Set goals for customer & business growth (disbursement & loan outstanding) of new branches and monitor them monthly. Maintain complete information of competition operating in the region
Candidate should have atleast 12+ years of experience in Microfinance industry.
Candidate should be open to travel
Regional Manager and above roles can apply for this role.
Candidate should have atleast 30+ branches handling experience.
