About the role : The Cluster Business Manager at Recykal is responsible for driving business operations, growth, and profitability within a designated cluster or state. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing key business metrics, and building strong partnerships to scale operations and ensure delivery on strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee the designated cluster or state to ensure business objectives are met Accountable for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Cluster or State concerning plastic categories Focus on essential metrics such as GMV, Quantity, Margin Percentage, Category Mix, and the number of Active Sellers and Buyers. Recruit, train, and allocate appropriate resources at the district level to achieve overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to facilitate seamless operations. Leading and expanding existing and new territories through large on ground teams. Manage a team comprising 2 to 10 Business Development Specialists, Quality Analysts, and Operations Executives. Ideal Candidate Profile: MBA from a recognized university or business school. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in E-commerce, Telecom, or Fintech sectors. Should have in depth knowledge Cluster/ state topography Proven experience in team building and management. Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating independent ownership and a results-driven approach. Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while planning and managing various projects
