Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve OPD, surgical, and revenue targets across all cluster branches.
Analyze business performance and implement corrective measures to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
Identify new business opportunities, high-potential markets, and patient segments.
Build and sustain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and partner organizations.
Conduct daily structured field visits to drive referral conversions and surgical inflow.
Plan and execute CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and partner meetups
Organize community screening camps, corporate tie-ups, school/industry health programs, and awareness events.
Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions, visibility activities, and patient engagement campaigns.
Ensure proper execution of marketing materials, hoardings, banners, and region-specific campaigns
Work closely with Operations, Clinical, and Optometry teams to support seamless patient flow.
Monitor patient conversion ratios, referral performance, and feedback from all units.
Ensure timely reporting, CRM updates, and maintenance of BD MIS/data

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
37 years of Business Development experience, preferably in healthcare or eye care.
Experience in multi-location BD roles is an advantage.
