Cloud Solutions Architect

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of cloud computing solutions for your organization. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud technologies, and the ability to align these technologies with business needs. Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions meeting business objectives and requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine cloud strategies and architecture frameworks. - Evaluate and recommend cloud services and tools that align with organizational goals. - Ensure optimal use of cloud resources and manage associated cloud costs effectively. - Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure to support the changing needs of the organization. - Develop and uphold best practices for cloud architecture and support internal policy development. - Analyze existing infrastructure and propose improvements to optimize cloud performance. - Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for cloud-based solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior cloud engineers and developers. - Work closely with security teams to integrate security protocols within cloud environments. - Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud platforms ensuring minimal risk and downtime. - Create and maintain documentation of cloud architecture and processes for internal use. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or in a similar technical architecture role. - Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud-based infrastructures. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud systems. - Demonstrated experience in designing secure, high-availability cloud infrastructures. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly desirable.,
