Cloud Solutions Architect

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a GCP Solutions Expert who can bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.

This role is not for a pure developer its for someone who understands end-to-end cloud architectures, can visualize solutions, and has experience guiding teams in migrating enterprise data platforms (especially Informatica GCP).

Youll work closely with leadership to design, communicate, and document scalable GCP solutions across data engineering, automation, and analytics domains.

Key Responsibilities

• • Understand high-level business problems and design solution architectures using GCP-native services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer, Cloud Functions, Data Fusion, etc.).
• • Develop architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and presentation decks (Lucidchart / PPT) to explain designs to business and technical teams.
• • Provide strategic guidance on modernization of data pipelines (e.g., Informatica GCP), balancing cost, scalability, and maintainability.
• • Evaluate new GCP services and propose ways to leverage them for automation, optimization, or real-time data needs.
• • Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
• • Participate in stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and communicate design decisions.
• • Maintain a pulse on market trends, emerging cloud tools, and data architecture patterns.
