We are looking for a highly driven sales leader who understands both: The traditional software reselling/channel sales business, and How to leverage AI calling agents, outbound automation, CRM integration & SDR technologies to accelerate revenue. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage vendor relationships with SaaS, Cloud, AI, Security & Data platform providers. Set up software reselling agreements with top SaaS providers (Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce, Databricks, BI tools, AI SaaS, Cybersecurity, etc.). Design & execute outbound sales strategies using AI-powered calling agents, CRM automation & email sequencing tools. Build inside sales teams supported by AI tools. Manage pipeline development, lead qualification, and enterprise deal closures. Identify new reselling opportunities across B2B, Government, MSP, Channel Partners. Collaborate with leadership to build a scalable software reselling & partnerships arm. Manage Go-To-Market strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth. Key Requirements: 3-10 years of experience in Software Reselling, SaaS Sales, Channel Sales or MSP Sales. Exposure to AI-powered sales tools, cold calling bots, lead generation automation or SDR automation. Strong knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, AI, BI, Cybersecurity, and Productivity software ecosystems. Existing vendor network is a strong plus. Strong leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and partnership building skills. Ability to work independently & build revenue quickly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in the US market, including roles in healthcare, logistics, finance, customer service, and more. This role requires working during US business hours (EST). Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from clients/hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies. Source candidates using various channels including job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job fit, experience, and availability. Coordinate interview schedules and manage communications between candidates and clients. Negotiate salary expectations and assist with offer closures. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
